Giving Up The V by Serena Robar

Pub Date: June 2009

Summary: Are you really ever ready to “give up the V”?

Spencer Davis is known as the responsible one.

She knows she is not ready to “give up the V” at all even though her friends are becoming obsessed with everything to do with.. “It”.

Spencer’s male friends are the worst.

They all claim to be experts in the matter and offer to help her lose that one tiny letter.

This only embarrasses Spencer more.

Then Benjamin enters the picture.

He’s the new-kid at school and everyone falls for him.

Benjamin is hot and funny and great to be around.

Even Spencer agrees with her friends.

When Spencer and Benjamin become closer, she starts to rethink everyone.

Is being responsible really as great as she wants to make it out to be?

Maybe Benjamin is really the right guys go loves her V-Card with.

Review: One word: AMAZING! Giving Up The V was everything I expected it to be and more! Lately I've been reading a lot of books that make me think about my life and this was definitely another one of those books. I think every girl should read this book. You should ALWAYS think about what could happen before you have sex. Giving Up The V shows how even though you might be some one of the most responsible people, you can still make mistakes. I'm so glad I read this book. Even after someone has sex for the first time and they aren't really sure where to go from there, they can read this book and really figure some things out. It can really teach you a lot of things. The most important thing that I really took from this book is that guys won't always be there for you but you're friends are. What's meant to be will always be. Read this book guys. Even if you old, there's still a lot you can take from it.
